**DriverSource**
We are looking for CDL-A drivers for local routes, with the benefit of being home daily. Routes will begin in Warren, MI.
**Job Details:**
- Full-time positions available
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Pay: $26 per hour, with overtime pay for hours worked over 40
- Day shifts starting between 6:00 AM and 7:00 AM
- Flatbed experience required
- Trailer type: Conestoga (curtain sides)
- Manual transmission operation
- Touch freight involved
- Our drivers represent our company, so it is essential that they conduct themselves professionally at all times.

Job Requirements
**Driver Requirements:**
- Must have a valid CDL Class A or CDL Class B with a minimum of 1 year of recent verifiable driving experience.
- Must have at least 1 year of verifiable flatbed driving experience.
- Must possess a valid DOT Medical Card.
- Must be able to back up into tight spaces.
- Must be able to operate both manual and automatic transmissions.
- Limited to no more than 2 moving violations and/or accidents within the last 36 months (including citations or convictions).
- No prior history of suspension, revocation, or cancellation of driving privileges due to moving violations or vehicular accidents within the past 5 years.
- No felony convictions (or pending charges) in the last 10 years.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Must meet all FMCSA requirements.
- Self-motivated and able to take direction.
- Must follow all DOT regulations, including hours of service, pre- and post-trip inspections, E-Logs, trip records, etc.
