*CDL A Driver Needed for Flow Boy Multi-Axle Heavy Haul**

**Job Description:**
- **Location:** Routes beginning in Belleville, MI
- **Position:** Full-Time, Long-Term
- **Shift:** First shift; 10-hour days
- **Pay:** $28.00 per hour (Overtime paid after 40 hours)
- **Vehicle Type:** Flow Boy Multi-Axle Heavy Haul
- **Cargo:** Transporting asphalt
- **Physical Requirements:** Must be able to shovel asphalt residue from the trailer edge after unloading
- **Experience Required:** Dump trailer experience is a plus; proficiency in driving a manual 18-speed truck is required
- **Dumps per Day:** 4 to 5
- **Delivery:** Local deliveries with home every day
- **Dispatch:** Absolutely no forced dispatch

Job Requirements
**Driver Requirements:**
- You must have a valid CDL A license with a minimum of 2 years of recent verifiable driving experience.
- You are required to have at least 1 year of Heavy Haul experience.
- A valid DOT medical card is necessary.
- You should have no more than 4 moving violations in the last 36 months.
- You should have no more than 2 preventable accidents in the last 36 months.
- No felony convictions (or pending charges) in the last 10 years are accepted.
- You must be at least 21 years of age.
- You must meet all FMCSA requirements.
- You should be self-motivated and able to take direction.
- You must follow all DOT regulations, including hours of service, pre and post-trip inspections, E-Logs, and trip records.
