Position Type: Local | 1099 Independent Contractor
Earnings & Pay Structure
- $27/hour for trips under 500 miles round trip
- $0.50 CPM starting rate, up to $0.55 CPM for trips over 500 miles
- Weekly direct deposit every Friday
Incentives, Bonuses & Extra Pay
- $2,500 Sign-On Bonus ($250 paid quarterly)
- $100 Clean DOT Inspection Bonus (no limit)
- $100 Layover Pay
- Quarterly Safety Bonus: $75-$150
- 95% No-touch freight
- Trucks are staged at the terminal - no take-home trucks

Driver Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL & Medical Card
- Minimum age: 23
- 24 months recent, verifiable experience
- Clean MVR & PSP (no DUI in last 5 years)
- Not prohibited in DOT Clearinghouse
- Negative drug test
- No major criminal convictions
- Comfortable with ELDs and digital paperwork
