- Solo Drivers $65-70cpm all miles
- $2,500 sign on
- $100 bonus for a passed inspection

Responsibilities
- Safely operate tractor-trailers with manual transmissions across designated routes while adhering to all safety regulations and traffic laws
- Load, secure freight.
- Deliver a variety of cargo including refrigerated goods, flatbed loads, and general freight to multiple destinations
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance with DOT standards
- Manage route driving efficiently to meet delivery schedules while optimizing fuel consumption and vehicle maintenance
- Communicate effectively with dispatch teams regarding delivery status, delays, or issues encountered on the road
- Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, load details, and delivery documentation in compliance with federal regulations
Skills
- Proven experience in truck driving with a valid CDL Class-A license.
- Experience operating refrigerated trailers, flatbeds, dry vans is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of freight handling including load & unload procedures and securing cargo properly if you pull a flatbed.
- Ability to perform detailed vehicle inspections and troubleshoot basic mechanical issues
- Excellent route planning skills with an emphasis on safety and efficiency.
- Solid understanding of commercial driving regulations and safety standards to ensure compliance at all times
