CDL A Truck Driver

Pay for this position is $1,400 - $1,900 a week. Drivers are out for 12 days and come home for a 48-hour reset every other weekend. This position is no-touch freight and comes with full benefits. New trucks for all class A CDL truck drivers. Rider policy and pet policy.

Experience needed: 3 months of tractor-trailer experience in the last 3 years

Position description:

This is an OTR (Over-the-Road) position offering home time every other weekend for 48 hours. During home time, both the truck and trailer can be taken home by the driver. The job involves no-touch freight, with a mix of live load/unload and drop/hook operations.
Compensation:

Weekly pay: $1,400 - $1,900, based on verifiable experience. Detailed pay structure will be discussed during the phone interview.
Routes:

Coverage: Occasional trips across all 48 states, with the majority of freight moving east of Texas. NYC dispatch is not mandatory.

Run length: Average of 700-750 miles per trip.

Mileage: Drivers average 2,500 - 3,200 miles per week, with potential to reach up to 3,400 miles.
Policies:

Rider Policy: Riders must be at least 10 years old.

Pet Policy: Pet deposit required; no breed or weight restrictions.
Benefits:

Comprehensive benefits package after 30 days, including medical, dental, vision, and 401K through BCBS.

401K:Company matches up to 4% after 6 months of employment.

Equipment:

All drivers are assigned brand new 2021 Freightliner Cascadia or Kenworth trucks, equipped with:

Refrigerator

1500-watt inverter and APUs

Microwave and TV mount
Referral Program:

Earn extra money for referring a Class A CDL truck driver who gets hired, based on the miles they drive.

Orientation:

3 days - Paid orientation

Transportation, hotel, and meals are paid for by the company
