Full Description
Home every other weekend, steady miles, and weekly pay you can count on. This position is built for Class A CDL drivers who want a consistent schedule, no-touch freight, and assigned late-model equipment without dealing with unpredictable dispatch.
Domicile: Birmingham, AL 35201
Weekly Pay - $1,500-$2,000
Home Time - Every other weekend (48-hour reset)
Freight - No-touch dry van
Running Area - Primarily east of I-35
Driver Snapshot
- Home every other weekend

- Take truck home if parking is available
- Full benefits available after 30 days
Drivers typically stay out for about 12 days at a time, followed by a full weekend reset at home. Freight is planned in advance to keep miles steady and reduce downtime between loads. Most lanes run east of I-35 with consistent freight year-round.
Equipment
Assigned tractors are newer Freightliner Cascadia or Kenworth sleepers equipped with APU, inverter, refrigerator space, and mounts for TV and microwave. Trucks are maintained through a nationwide service network to keep drivers moving.
Requirements
Valid Class A CDL required
Minimum 3 months of tractor-trailer experience
Must meet standard safety and hiring guidelines
