The freight is no-touch and primarily drop-and-hook, so drivers spend more time on the road and less time waiting at facilities. Dispatch is structured to keep routes predictable, and drivers are kept moving throughout the week with steady assignments.

Weekly pay falls between $1,300-$1,600 depending on experience and load pay. Compensation is based on mileage or a percentage of the load, whichever results in higher weekly earnings. A sign-on bonus is available, and orientation expenses are covered.

The fleet consists of modern automatic trucks with standard driver amenities. Drivers operate 2021 or newer Freightliner or Peterbilt trucks equipped with automatic transmission, APUs, and inverters. These trucks are maintained regularly to reduce downtime and improve reliability on the road.

This CDL A truck driver position requires a valid Class A CDL, recent tractor-trailer experience, and the ability to meet DOT requirements. Drivers must be at least 21 years old and pass background and drug screening.
