This lane is built for CDL A drivers who want reliable equipment and a steady weekly schedule out of the Joliet area. Drivers operate late-model Freightliner, Volvo, and Peterbilt trucks that are equipped with automatic transmission, APUs, and inverters to support comfort during the workweek.

Freight runs through the Midwest in a regional pattern, keeping drivers moving with consistent miles. Loads are dry van and no-touch, with most freight set up as drop-and-hook to reduce downtime at shipping facilities.

Home time is scheduled weekly with a 34-hour reset, allowing drivers to return home regularly while maintaining a full work schedule during the week.

Weekly pay ranges from $1,300-$1,600 depending on experience and load pay. Drivers are compensated by mileage or percentage of the load, whichever pays more for the week. A sign-on bonus is available, and orientation expenses are covered.
