This is your opportunity to join one of the most recognized companies in the floriculture industry during our Mother's Day peak season, one of the busiest and most exciting times of the year for flower distribution.
As a Seasonal CDL A Driver at Falcon Farms, you will play an essential role in helping deliver fresh flowers to distribution centers and stores across the region, ensuring that beautiful flowers reach families and customers in time to celebrate Mother's Day.

This position involves regional routes that may require overnight travel and early morning departures depending on delivery schedules.

Position: Seasonal CDL A Driver - Regional Routes
Job Type: Temporary / Seasonal
Season Duration: April 25 - May 4
Schedule: Day and overnight routes depending on operational needs
Pay: $27.00 per hour
Work Responsibilities
As a Falcon Farms Seasonal CDL A Driver, your responsibilities will include:
• Safely operating a vehicle
• Driving regional delivery routes, which may include overnight travel
• Ensuring on-time delivery during peak seasonal operations
• Loading and unloading cargo shipments (pallets or flower racks)
• Maintaining proper temperature control for fresh flower transport
• Following all DOT regulations and company safety policies
• Maintaining professionalism when interacting with warehouse staff and customers
• Supporting warehouse or shipping operations if needed during peak periods
Qualifications
To be considered for this seasonal role, candidates must meet the following requirements:
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Possess a valid CDL Class A license
• Meet all DOT rules and regulatory requirements
• Ability to pass a DOT drug screening and physical examination
• Maintain a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
• Ability to work flexible hours, including overnight or early morning routes
• Ability to perform physical work, including loading and unloading cargo
