CDL-A Truck Driver

Seeking out CDL Class A Truck Driver to support hauling product safely from our local warehouse to our production facility. This is a Midnight shift position-based position to cover company specialty load needs. This role is full time.

Responsibilities

• Must demonstrate the ability to maneuver tractor/trailer in and out of docks & drop lots safe & accurately.
• Verifiable previous experience in trailer and flatbed operations
• Must understand procedures and comply with all policies & procedures at Company sites.
• Must be able to perform pre-& post inspection and properly fill out provided documentation.
• Must deliver in timely fashion as judged by dispatcher, supervisor.
• Must be able to understand and operate computer system.
• Must be able to work the hours necessary in order to achieve the goals of the company.
• Observes safety and security procedures; reports potentially unsafe conditions
• Demonstrates attention to detail.
• Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness; meets productivity standards.
• Perform all other responsibilities as assigned as necessary for company to support company operations including as temporary fill in for other driving positions.

• Verifiable previous experience in trailer and flatbed operations
• Must have a current commercial driver's license with clean driving record
• Must have a current DOT medical card.
• Must be willing, on occasion, to deliver dedicated daily runs due to last minute call-ins, vacations, etc.
