CDL-A Dedicated Driver

Flint Logistics is hiring CDL-A truck drivers for easier dedicated home weekly freight with predictable scheduling and consistent Virginia and West Virginia routes. Drivers earn $1,450 to $1,650 per week with a dedicated operation designed around reliable home time and steady freight flow.

Home Time: Weekly 34-hour reset
Pay: $1,450 to $1,650 per week
Freight: Dedicated freight with powered pallet jack unloads
Location: Roanoke, VA 24011

Dedicated Virginia and West Virginia routes
Weekly home time with consistent scheduling
Paid orientation provided
Late-model Freightliner and Kenworth equipment

Equipment: 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadia or Kenworth trucks with 1200-1500 watt inverters. Drivers may park at any USX terminal or take the truck home during weekly reset periods.

Route & Home Time: Drivers run dedicated Virginia and West Virginia freight with weekly 34-hour resets at home. Drivers within 30 miles of the distribution center may also be able to take 10-hour breaks at home depending on route timing.

CDL-A truck drivers operate within a dedicated freight network built around predictable scheduling and consistent weekly freight movement.

Freight includes a mix of drop-and-hook and live unload deliveries using powered pallet jacks to help keep freight handling efficient and manageable.

Sign-On Bonus: $2,500 sign-on bonus available for drivers joining the dedicated account.

Orientation: Paid orientation is provided. Travel and hotel expenses are covered during the orientation process.

Qualifications:

Valid CDL-A license and current DOT medical card required

Must live within the hiring area

Drivers must be comfortable working nights, weekends, and holidays as part of the regular schedule

Powered pallet jack experience is helpful but training is provided
