Pay: $1,450 to $1,675 per week | Freight: Mixed dry van & refrigerated
Home Time: 6 days off per month | Location: Springfield, MA 01103
Miles: 2,500-3,000 per week
Mixed dry van and refrigerated freight
Established customer operating lanes
Late-model Kenworth T680 equipment
Flexible 6 days off each month

No-touch freight moving through established customer lanes gives drivers dependable work while maintaining the flexibility of six planned days off each month.
Driver Setup
Operate Kenworth T680 tractors, four years old or newer, equipped with driver-focused features for time on the road.
Equipment is assigned based on availability.
The Route
Freight includes both dry van and refrigerated loads moving through established customer lanes. Drivers generally average 2,500 to 3,000 miles each week.
Steady freight demand supports dependable dispatches and practical route planning throughout the operating network.
Pay & Time Off
CDL-A truck drivers earn $1,450 to $1,675 per week based on experience and productivity. Guaranteed minimum pay begins after 30 days to provide additional income stability.
Quarterly raises are tied to safety performance and productivity. Orientation is paid at $100 per day.
Home Time
This position provides six scheduled days off each month. Drivers have the flexibility to take the days together or divide them throughout the month based on personal preference and freight scheduling.
