Home Time: Home Weekly | Location: Baltimore, MD 21201
Pay: $1,400 to $1,800 Per Week
Freight: No-Touch Dry Van Freight
Easier regional freight and dependable route planning provide drivers with consistent no-touch freight, steady mileage, and regular weekly home time.
Freight & Operations:
No-touch dry van freight moves through established regional lanes designed to support dependable mileage and efficient routing.
Drivers typically average 2,500 to 3,000 miles per week while hauling customer freight through established dry van lanes.
Established customer freight supports year-round hauling opportunities, dependable weekly mileage, and reliable freight availability throughout the year.
Compensation:
CDL-A truck drivers earn $1,400 to $1,800 per week depending on experience and productivity. Guaranteed pay begins after 30 days of employment.
Drivers are eligible for quarterly raises based on safety performance and production metrics. Orientation pay is $100 per day.

Drivers are assigned Kenworth T680 tractors (4 years old or newer) equipped with:

Drivers receive home weekly scheduling. Freight availability and route assignments are planned to maintain consistent mileage opportunities while providing regular time at home.
