CDL-A truck drivers earn $1,350 to $1,550 per week running regional no-touch dry van freight with weekly home time.
This CDL-A truck driver position is built for drivers who want consistent freight, dependable weekly pay, and a schedule that gets them home every week.
Position Details
Weekly Pay: Earn $1,350 to $1,550 per week with steady freight and consistent miles.
Home Time: Drivers are home weekly with a minimum 34-hour reset.
Freight: Regional dry van freight with no-touch freight to keep the job straightforward and efficient.
Running Area: Regional freight lanes with routing designed to support steady miles and reliable home time.
Equipment: Drivers operate late-model Peterbilt 579 trucks averaging about 1.5 years old. Trucks include Sirius XM, TV mounts, inverters, 72-inch high roofs, dual drive tires, and Espar bunk heaters. Trucks are governed at 70 MPH.
Orientation: Orientation is held in Birmingham, Alabama and lasts four days, Monday through Thursday. Travel is provided by rental car or flight, with lodging and meals covered. Drivers receive orientation pay, and the goal is to make the transition into the truck simple and organized.
Driver Support
Drivers are matched with a driver manager based on communication style and personality fit. This helps create a better working relationship from the start and gives drivers a clear point of contact once they are on the road.
Benefits
Benefits include health, dental, vision, and company-paid life insurance. Short-term disability is available. Paid holidays begin after six months, and vacation pay increases with length of service. Rider and pet programs are available for qualifying drivers.
Driver Requirements
Valid Class A CDL
At least 6 months of CDL-A driving experience within the last 12 months
Current DOT medical card
Safe driving record
Able to complete orientation in Birmingham, AL
