CDL-A Professionals: Regional Specialist Positions Available
Flint Logistics - Roanoke, VA 24011
Weekly Pay: $1,435-$1,485 + $2,500 Signing Bonus
Tired of unpredictable freight assignments and broken promises about home time? Flint Logistics operates differently. We treat experienced drivers as regional specialists, not just steering wheel holders. Our Virginia and West Virginia dedicated lanes offer the consistency and respect you deserve.

• Guaranteed home every week with full 34-hour resets - no exceptions or excuses
• Same Virginia/West Virginia routes weekly so you master your territory
• 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadia and Kenworth trucks exclusively
• Drop-hook and live unload freight using powered pallet jacks only
• Indianapolis backhaul routing maximizes your weekly mileage efficiency
The Position Details:
Four weekly loads covering 490 miles each, totaling 2,000 miles. You'll run overnight operations including nights, weekends, and holidays. Holiday coverage is mandatory, including the week prior. Drivers living within 30 miles can often take daily 10-hour breaks at home. Equipment includes 1200-1500 watt inverters and you can park at terminals or take trucks home.
Benefits Package:
BlueCross BlueShield medical, dental, and vision coverage starts after 30 days. Our 401K through Fidelity includes 4% company matching after six months. Paid vacation begins with one week after your first year, building to four weeks after 15 years. We welcome one pet for a $500 fee with no breed restrictions.
Requirements:
Valid CDL-A license, current DOT physical, residence in our hiring area, and acceptance of overnight schedule. Powered pallet jack experience helpful but we provide complete training.
