Full Description
Flint Logistics is Hiring a CDL Class A Truck Driver - Birmingham, AL 35201
Compensation
CDL A truck drivers earn $1,200 to $1,600 per week depending on experience and productivity. Guaranteed pay begins after 30 days of employment.
Drivers are eligible for quarterly raises based on safety performance and production metrics. Orientation pay is $100 per day.
Equipment & Freight
Drivers are assigned Kenworth T680 tractors (4 years old or newer) equipped with automatic transmission, APU, inverter, voice navigation, and in-cab 5th wheel release.
Freight consists of refrigerated (reefer) trailers hauling boxed beef, poultry, pork, and general commodities.
Average mileage ranges from 2,500 to 3,000 miles per week. Operating lanes run throughout the Midwest and into the Eastern United States.
Home Time
This is an OTR position. CDL A drivers receive 6 days off per month, which may be scheduled consecutively or split with advance notice. Weekly home time is not available for this route.

Minimum Requirements
Applicants must hold a valid CDL Class A license and maintain an acceptable driving history. Previous tractor-trailer experience is preferred. Drivers must be able to operate 53' refrigerated trailers and meet current DOT medical certification standards.
