Regional CDL-A Truck Driver
Weekly Pay: $1,275 to $1,550
Home Time: 48-hour reset every two weeks with optional weekly opportunities on select routes
Freight: No-touch dry van with a high percentage of drop-and-hook loads
Hiring: Indianapolis, IN
This CDL-A truck driver position is built around consistent scheduling and predictable home time, giving drivers a clear understanding of how their weeks are structured from dispatch to reset. CDL A drivers in this role operate within a system designed to maintain steady movement while protecting planned time off.
Home Time & Schedule
Drivers receive a 48-hour reset every two weeks, with select lanes offering weekly home time depending on availability. Dispatch planning is structured to align routes with scheduled resets, helping drivers maintain a reliable work and home routine without frequent last-minute changes.
Scheduling is designed to support advance planning, allowing each CDL-A truck driver to anticipate time off while maintaining steady miles throughout the week. This approach helps create a consistent rhythm between time on the road and time at home.

Late-model Freightliners, Volvos, and Peterbilts (2017-2022), equipped with automatic transmission, APUs, and inverters to support driver comfort and long-haul performance.

Minimum 6 months CDL A driver experience within the last 24 months, or 1 year within the last 3 years
Valid Class A CDL required
Experience with trailers 48 feet or longer
Must have or be able to obtain a DOT physical
