This CDL-A truck driver position is built around a steady routine, giving CDL A drivers a clear understanding of how loads are assigned, how routes flow, and when they can expect to reset.

What the Work Looks Like
Once dispatched, drivers move into established lanes designed to support consistent progress throughout the week. Most loads are drop-and-hook, which reduces delays and allows each CDL-A truck driver to stay focused on driving instead of extended wait times at shipping locations. Freight moves across the lower 48 states through coordinated routing that prioritizes efficiency and steady movement.

Earnings
Weekly Pay of $1,275 to $1,550, including a $1,200 weekly minimum guarantee for the first 90 days. This Class A CDL driver role supports dependable income by maintaining consistent miles and reducing interruptions in the workflow, giving CDL-A truck drivers a reliable weekly earning structure.

Time Off
Time off is structured to support a predictable routine, with a 48-hour reset every two weeks and the possibility of weekly home time on select routes. Drivers are able to plan ahead with greater confidence, knowing when they will be off the road and able to reset.

• Late-model Freightliners, Volvos, and Peterbilts (2017-2022)
• Automatic transmission
• APUs and inverters included

Getting Started
Transportation to orientation is provided, meals are covered, and drivers receive $1,000 in orientation pay to support onboarding into the role.

Driver Support
Drivers have access to a full benefits package including Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance, along with 401K with Profit Sharing, Life and Disability coverage, and paid vacation. Additional support includes a rider and pet program, layover and breakdown pay, and access to a 24/7 support team.

What You'll Need
Applicants must have a minimum of 6 months of CDL A driver experience within the last 24 months, or 1 year within the last 3 years, along with a valid Class A CDL. Drivers should have experience operating trailers 48 feet or longer and must have or be able to obtain a DOT physical.
