Key Responsibilities
- Operate Class A / Class 8 tractor-trailers, including double trailers
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Transport freight safely and on schedule
- Maintain accurate electronic or paper logbooks
- Follow DOT, FMCSA, and company safety policies
- Communicate with dispatch regarding delivery status
- Ensure proper safety checks and safe driving practices

Driver Requirements
- Valid CDL Class A license
- Doubles / T Endorsement required
- Minimum 2 years verifiable CDL driving experience
- Clean MVR driving record
- Ability to pass DOT physical, drug screen, and background check
- Experience with tractor-trailer or Class 8 trucks
- Strong knowledge of safety procedures and defensive driving
Preferred Experience
- Previous doubles or multiple trailer experience
- Local, regional, or linehaul driving experience
- Familiarity with night driving or scheduled routes
