We are hiring experienced Class A CDL Drivers for a dedicated local route based out of Chesapeake, VA. This position offers consistent pay, weekend work, and steady freight with live unloads.

We are hiring experienced Class A CDL Drivers for a dedicated local route based out of Chesapeake, VA. This position offers consistent pay, weekend work, and steady freight with live unloads.
Position Highlights
- Location: Chesapeake, VA (Virginia - East region)
- Schedule: Primarily weekends, both day and night shifts
- Average Weekly Pay: $1,800 (annualized ~$93,600)
- Bonus: $100 weekly safety bonus (must complete 2 loads per week with no accidents/incidents)
- Freight Type: Dry van, live unload, rota cart unload
- Equipment: Rollers, racks, and load bars provided
- Pay Add-ons:
- $70 DED-DRY
- $40 for loads under 51 miles
- $20 additional pay
- $240 live unload allowance
- Dedicated Route: Leave out the night before with early morning stops; occasional Saturday deliveries
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum 6 months of driving experience (First Seat - Experienced)
- Ability to work weekends and occasional holidays
- Strong commitment to safety and reliability
