Drivers will operate within designated regional territories, ensuring timely and safe delivery of freight while maintaining compliance with all DOT regulations.Compensation
- Average Annual Pay: $75,000 - $95,000+
- Safety Bonus Opportunities (select accounts)
- Layover Pay: (where applicable)
- Holiday Pay Eligibility (varies by account)
- Start Times: Typically between 3:00 AM - 6:00 AM (varies by route)
- Work Days: 5-6 days per week depending on account
- Shift Length: 10-14 hours per day
- Home Time Options:
- Weekly home time (regional)
- 1-2 nights out (semi-local)
- Daily home time (local roles)
- Layovers:
- Regional: 2-5 nights/week (varies)
- Semi-local: 1-2 nights/week (hotel provided where applicable)
- Freight Type:
- Mix of drop & hook and live load/unload
- Primarily no-touch freight
Drivers will operate within regional territories, including but not limited to:
- West: OR, WA, CA, ID, MT, UT, NV, AZ
- Midwest: KS, MO, IA, NE, IL, OK, AR
- Northeast: NH, MA, CT, VT, ME, RI, NY
- Safely operate a commercial vehicle in compliance with DOT regulations
- Transport freight efficiently within assigned routes
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Maintain accurate logs and delivery documentation
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations teams
- Valid CDL-A License
- Minimum 3 months of truck driving experience
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays as required
- Strong safety record and commitment to compliance
