Full Description
We are actively hiring CDL-A drivers for our Southwest Regional Fleet based out of Dallas, TX. This position offers consistent miles, weekly home time, and steady earnings with a reputable carrier.
- Home Time: Weekly (34-hour reset at home)
- Running Area: Southwest Regional routes designed to keep you moving while getting you home every week
- Freight:
- 100% No-Touch Freight
- 50-60% Drop & Hook
- 40-50% Live Unload
- Average Weekly Miles: ~2,000 miles (depending on HOS and availability)
- Late-model trucks: 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadias & Kenworths
- Reliable, well-maintained fleet for driver comfort and safety
- Performance Bonus: Up to an additional +3 CPM (based on safety, miles, and productivity)
- Detention Pay: $12.50/hour after 2 hours
- Layover/Breakdown Pay: $100 per day
