Daily Pay: $173-$211 + Commission

What You'll Do

As a CDL Delivery Driver, you'll play a critical role in delivering products safely and efficiently while providing outstanding service to our customers. Drivers operate primarily as one-person delivery units and are responsible for ensuring accurate, timely deliveries throughout their assigned routes.
Key Responsibilities

Safely operate a Class A commercial vehicle while complying with all DOT regulations and company safety standards.
Complete daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
Secure and verify all loads prior to departure.
Deliver products according to assigned routes and delivery schedules.
Rotate product and collect empty containers, damaged merchandise, and out-of-code products.
Review invoices, process payments, and ensure delivery accuracy.
Communicate delivery issues or customer concerns promptly to the Delivery Supervisor.
Complete end-of-day reconciliation for inventory, accounts receivable, and delivery documentation.
Maintain product integrity throughout deliveries by minimizing breakage and properly securing loads.
Keep assigned truck and trailer clean and well maintained.
Perform additional duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED.
Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
Clean driving record that meets company and DOT requirements.
1 year of delivery, transportation, or distribution experience.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to accurately read invoices, pricing information, and delivery documents.
Comfortable using smartphones, delivery applications, and mobile technology.
Dependable, organized, and safety-minded with excellent problem-solving abilities.

Physical Requirements

This position is active and requires:

Frequent walking, standing, bending, reaching, squatting, and stooping.
Regular lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling of up to 48 pounds.
Operation of forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
Working in warehouse and outdoor environments under varying weather conditions.
Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, extended hours, and peak-season schedules as business needs require.
