🚚 Job Highlights
- $2,500 Sign-On Bonus (paid in installments)
- Home Daily with consistent 48-hour resets
- Avg Weekly Pay: $1,300+ after 90 days (top drivers $1,500+)
- Pay: $0.56-$0.63 CPM (based on experience) or minimum mileage band pay
- Extra Pay: $20 per stop + short route minimums
- Training: $125 for on-site day + $50 per ride-along (3-4 rides)
- Freight: Dry & refrigerated, no-touch, live-unload grocery freight
- Routes: 1,600-1,700 miles weekly (2 routes per day, 11-14 hr shifts)
- Shifts: Start between noon & midnight, weekends required
- Schedule: 5 days on / 2 days off (same 2 days off weekly after ramp-up)
- Home Time: Daily + consistent 48-hour resets
- Equipment: Newer day cabs, slip-seat operation
- Home daily, no OTR
- Paid vacation: 1 week after 1 year, 2 weeks after 2 years, 3 weeks after 7 years, 4 weeks after 10 years
- 24/7 operations & shop support
- CDL A license
- Must have personal transportation to/from DC daily
- Must be available afternoons, nights, weekends, and holidays
