OTR CDL-A Truck Driver - No-Touch Freight | Consistent Miles | Home Every 2 Weeks
Position Type: Full-Time
Route Type: Over-the-Road (OTR)
Equipment: 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadia or Kenworth tractors

🕒 Schedule & Home Time
- 12 days out / 2 days home
- Consistent schedule designed to keep you productive while maintaining work-life balance
- 100% No-Touch Freight
- 50-60% Drop & Hook
- 40-50% Live Unload
- No Forced NYC Dispatch - Drivers are not required to enter NYC or the five boroughs
- Freight runs across all 48 states
- Majority of loads run east of I-35
- Suggestive dispatch system that recommends loads based on:
- Available freight
- Driver location
- Safety and earning potential
- Average: ~2,000 miles per week
- Top performers: 2,300-3,000+ miles per week
- Average Length of Haul: ~400 miles
- Detention Pay: $12.50/hour after the 2nd hour (or higher if required by law)
- Layover / Breakdown Pay: $100 per day (or higher if required by law)
- Earn up to an additional 3 CPM
- Based on safety, mileage, and productivity
- Bonus begins the first of the month after hire
💵 Top 20% of OTR drivers at the JAX terminal earn $1,500+ per week
🎓 Trainer Program (Optional - Increase Your Earnings)
Drivers with 1 year of OTR experience can join our trainer program:
- $250 additional pay per week while a student is on your truck
- Up to $1,000 bonus once your student upgrades
- Potential to earn up to $20,000 more annually
Eligibility requires 30 days of safe driving with the company.
