CDL Class A Driver
$80,000-$100,000 Typical Annual Pay | $100,000+ Earning Potential | $15,000 Sign-On Bonus

We are hiring experienced CDL Class A Drivers in New York State. Drivers are paid by the mile and have the opportunity to earn more than $100,000 annually based on miles driven and performance.

A $15,000 sign-on bonus is available!

This position requires drivers to be comfortable with 3-4 overnight trips per week.
Compensation & Schedule

Typical Annual Pay: $80,000-$100,000
Earning Potential: $100,000+ annually
Pay Structure: Paid by the mile
Sign-On Bonus: $15,000
Overnights: 3-4 per week

Job Responsibilities

Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles and complete deliveries to assigned locations.
Perform backhaul of products and materials as assigned.
Provide professional and courteous customer service.
Maintain positive relationships with customers and delivery locations.
Keep assigned trucks clean and professional, both inside and outside.
Maintain accurate logs, trip records, and other required documentation in accordance with company policy and DOT regulations.
Identify and communicate vehicle maintenance needs.
Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and DOT requirements.
Attend required company-sponsored training sessions and meetings.
Perform other duties related to the position as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements

Valid Class A CDL required.
Minimum 5 years of driving experience required.
Doubles endorsement required.
Must be able to safely operate Class A equipment.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Must be able to read and write English and communicate effectively in English.
Must be able to perform basic mathematical calculations, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
Must have a strong safety record and commitment to safe driving practices.
Must be dependable and maintain consistent attendance.

Physical Requirements

Ability to sit and drive for several hours at a time.
Ability to safely enter and exit assigned commercial vehicles.
Ability to navigate safely through various delivery and work environments.
Ability to regularly lift and/or carry items weighing up to 50 pounds.
Ability to regularly sit, stand, and walk.
Ability to operate company-owned or operated passenger and commercial vehicles.
Ability to use hands to handle or feel objects.
Ability to stand, kneel, crouch, and perform other physical activities required by the position.
