H&A Farms is a fourth-generation, family-owned agricultural company with operations across Florida and Georgia. We manage over 1,000 acres and provide packing services for more than 60 growers. We are currently seeking reliable and experienced CDL Class A Truck Drivers to join our team in Waycross, GA.

Position Summary

As a CDL Class A Driver, you will support daily logistics operations by transporting fresh fruit and assisting with on-site yard movements at our facility in Waycross, GA. This role involves a mix of short-distance driving and yard management, with a strong focus on safety and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate a Class A commercial truck for local and short-haul routes
• Perform yard driver duties, including moving and positioning trucks within the facility
• Receive incoming trucks and safely park and organize them in the yard
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Ensure accurate documentation of shipments and deliveries
• Comply with all federal, state, and local transportation regulations
• Communicate effectively with management and shipping personnel
• Report vehicle issues or incidents promptly
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures

• Valid CDL Class A license
• Clean driving record
• Ability to pass a drug test and background check
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to perform physical tasks as needed
• Dependable, punctual, and safety-focused
