Day Shift Hours! Monday - Friday: 6:00AM TO 4:30PM
HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE: In this dynamic hybrid role, you will serve as both an Installation Technician and a Class A CDL Delivery Driver.
As an Installation Technician your expertise will be utilized in the workstation where your skill sets best fit. We are specifically seeking individuals with proficiency in one or more of the following areas:

As an Installation Technician your expertise will be utilized in the workstation where your skill sets best fit. We are specifically seeking individuals with proficiency in one or more of the following areas:
- MIG Welding and Fabrication
- Hydraulics
- Electrical systems
Key responsibilities include:
- Install, troubleshoot, repair, and inspect truck equipment, including hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems.
- Perform fabrication and installation work using welding, plasma cutting, hand tools, and shop equipment.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, work instructions, and technical specifications to ensure high-quality installations.
- Maintain accurate documentation, inventory records, and communicate project updates or issues as needed.
- Follow all safety, quality, and housekeeping standards while working efficiently to meet production schedules.
As a Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods over varying distances, which may occasionally require overnight stays.
Requirements:
- Class A CDL with medical card for interstate transit
- Clean driving record
- Keen attention to detail and commitment to safety

WHAT THIS ROLE NEEDS:
- Experience with welding, fabrication, mechanical assembly, hydraulics, electrical systems, or related truck equipment installation.
- Ability to read blueprints, perform shop math, and use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
- Ability to lift/push up to 50 lbs.
- Bending, lifting, and standing
- Exposure to noise and weld and grinding smoke at times
