Join our dynamic team at Heritage and Company as a CDL A Driver! We are looking for skilled and responsible drivers to support our landscape maintenance and construction operations. As part of our team, you will play a vital role in transporting equipment, materials, and team members to and from job sites while ensuring safety and efficiency in every journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate commercial vehicles safely and efficiently in compliance with all traffic laws and company regulations.
• Transport landscape materials, equipment, and personnel to project sites as needed.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure proper functioning and maintenance.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, vehicle maintenance, and fuel usage.
• Assist in loading and unloading materials and equipment as required.
• Communicate effectively with the operations team to coordinate daily tasks and schedules.
• Adhere to safety protocols and best practices to promote a safe working environment.
• To run a plow truck or machine in wintertime.

• Valid CDL Class A license with a clean driving record.
• At least 2 years of commercial driving experience preferred.
• Knowledge of landscape materials and equipment is a plus.
• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and perform physical tasks as needed.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility in work hours and availability for overtime as required.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Ability to run a dump and haul equipment.
• Doubles endorsement would be great but not required.
