CDL-A Dedicated Retail Driver - PHYSICAL OFFLOAD ACCOUNT | Joliet, IL

If you're looking for top-tier earnings in the Midwest without sacrificing home time, this Joliet-based account pays high piece-rate incentives for physical offloading while getting you home multiple times throughout the week.

Main Terminal / Operations Base Joliet, IL - dispatches launch directly out of the Joliet DC (secure tractor-trailer parking available at the Joliet DC or Markham facility).

Earnings & Sign-On Incentives

$1,500 - $1,700 average weekly pay ($75k-$100k annual earnings range)
$2,000+ top weekly earning potential for high-volume unloaders
$2,500 Sign-On Bonus (first $250 paid right on load #1)
$0.82 to $0.85 base CPM (scaled by driving experience)
$245 per trailer offload pay
$70 per backhaul & $25 per stop
$150/day orientation ride-along pay (2-day onboarding process)

Lanes & Cargo Handling

Regional store delivery routes across IL, WI, IN, MI, IA, and KY
800 to 1,000 miles per week in clean late-model Freightliners and Internationals
100% physical touch freight: Manual piece-by-piece hand offloading of stacked retail store merchandise

Schedule & Home Time

Home 3 to 4 times every week
Operating pattern usually gets you off-duty at home every other day for full 10-hour daily resets

Driver Requirements

Valid Class A CDL
Minimum 3 months of verifiable Class A tractor-trailer experience in the last 36 months (3 years) - no entry-level trainees
Must pass mandatory pre-employment dual-panel hair follicle & urine toxicology screens
Clean MVR, background check, & valid DOT Medical Card
