CDL-A Local Dry Van Driver - Good Pay + Home Daily | Phoenix, AZ
Join a dedicated local dry van operation based in Phoenix, AZ, with consistent Monday-Friday work, a 9 AM start, and daily home time. Drivers operate throughout metro Phoenix and Tucson on multi-stop routes.

Pay Details
- $65,000 average annual pay
- Approximately $1,250 average weekly pay
- $0.63 CPM for 0-50.9 miles
- $0.57 CPM for 51-100.9 miles
- $0.50 CPM for 101+ miles
- $21 per stop
- $20.475 detention after 1 hour
- $13.50 per drop & hook
- $5.25 fueling pay
- $5.25 pre/post-trip pay
- Paid weekly
- Dedicated local dry van operation
- Metro Phoenix and Tucson
- Multi-stop routes
- Drivers pull product to the end of the trailer or use a liftgate and pallet jack
- Day cab with dry van
- Monday-Friday
- 9 AM start
- Home daily
- Start time may change based on customer demand
- Must remain flexible as the operation grows
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum 9 months of tractor-trailer experience within the past 3 years
- Must be at least 22 years old
- No more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years, subject to restrictions
- No more than 1 DOT-recordable preventable accident in the past 3 years
- DOT Medical Card
- FMCSA Clearinghouse profile required
- Must be able to read and speak English sufficiently for required driving and reporting duties
- Clean driving record
- No SAP drivers
