Full Description
We're hiring Class A CDL drivers for a dedicated grocery account based in Lawrenceville, Georgia. Drivers haul refrigerated grocery freight on regional routes with no-touch loads.
Pay:
- Average: $80,000-$85,000 per year
- Top earners: Up to $95,000 per year
- $0.60 per mile
- $16.25 per stop
- $31.50 per diem for each night away from home
- $20 per hour for detention
- Paid weekly
Schedule:
- Five-day workweek, with an optional sixth day
- Two consecutive days off, typically Tuesday-Wednesday or Wednesday-Thursday
- Morning and evening start times available
- Weekend work required
- Approximately 3-4 layovers per week
Job Details:
- Dedicated grocery delivery account
- Refrigerated trailers
- No-touch freight
- Regional routes through Tennessee, North Carolina, and the Florida Panhandle
- Assigned late-model Freightliner Cascadia sleeper truck
Requirements:
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum 9 months of verifiable Class A CDL experience
- No SAP Drivers
- Clean driving record
- DOT Medical card
- Able to work weekends
- Reliable and safety-focused
