Full Description
We are hiring Class A CDL regional drivers based in Geneva, Illinois (IL). Drivers will deliver palletized batteries to stores using 53-ft dry van trailers and an electric pallet jack.
Pay:
- $31/hour
- Overtime after 40 hours
- $25 per diem
- Average $100,000-$110,000 per year
- Paid weekly
Schedule:
- Home weekly
- 2 consecutive days off on the weekend
- Depart Sunday or Monday
- Multi-stop routes
- About 2-3 loads per week
- Routes mainly through Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Missouri, and Wisconsin
Job Details:
- Dedicated national account
- Deliver palletized batteries
- Pick up returned batteries/cores
- 53-ft dry van trailers
- Use an electric pallet jack
- Hazmat endorsement required within 60 days
- Ruan can assist with obtaining the Hazmat endorsement
Requirements:
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum 9 months of verifiable Class A CDL experience
- No SAP Drivers
- Clean driving record
- DOT Medical card
- Able to work weekends
- Reliable and safety-focused
