CDL-A Regional Flex Driver - $40/Hour + Per Diem | Travel
Join a flexible CDL-A driving position supporting operations across the country. Earn $40/hour, receive paid travel time, and get a $25 per diem for each night away from home. Travel expenses are covered, including flights, hotels, and rental vehicles.

Average Annual Pay: $86,600
- $40/hour straight-time pay
- Up to $104,000 annually
- Paid travel time to and from supported operations
- $25 per diem for each night away from home
- Company-paid flights, hotels, and rental vehicles for business travel
- Paid weekly
- Support various customer operations and locations nationwide
- Cover routes within the assigned network and provide additional operational support as needed
- Work may include:
- No-touch freight
- Driver-assisted deliveries
- Unloading
- Opportunity to operate different types of equipment
- Forklift experience preferred; training provided
- Must have or be willing to obtain a Hazmat endorsement
- Assistance available for Hazmat qualification within 60 days of hire
- Real ID or valid U.S. Passport required
- Flexible schedules and start times based on the operation being supported
- Drivers may be out for up to 5 weeks at a time
- Followed by approximately 1 week off
- Frequent travel required
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum 9 months of tractor-trailer experience within the past 3 years
- Must be at least 22 years old
- No more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years, subject to restrictions
- No more than 1 DOT-recordable preventable accident in the past 3 years
- Must create a profile with the DOT Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse before hire
- Must be able to read and speak English sufficiently to communicate with the public, understand traffic signs and signals, respond to official inquiries, and complete required reports and records
- Must meet applicable DOT requirements
- Real ID or valid U.S. Passport
