Regional Driver | Baltimore Area | $1,586 a Week, Up to $2,091 | Home Weekly
Want to see the Mid-Atlantic without living out of a truck? This regional run covers Pennsylvania, Delaware, New York, New Jersey, West Virginia, Virginia, North Carolina and Washington DC, and you get a full 34-hour reset at home every week. Three months of experience is enough to start.
What the paycheck looks like
Most drivers on this fleet make about $1,586 a week, which is around $82,472 a year. The top earners get up to $2,091 a week, close to $108,732 annually. You're paid by the mile plus a little extra for every stop, and the check comes weekly.
How the week goes
You'll run around 1,900 miles. Home time is that 34-hour reset, and some weeks you might get back for a couple of days in the middle of the week too.
What you'll be driving
- Newer automatic sleepers
- 53' dry vans and reefers
- A mix of live loads, live unloads and drop and hook
- All of it 100% no-touch
Good to know before you apply
- The trucks stay parked at the distribution center yard, so you'll need your own vehicle to get there
- Deliveries don't go into New York City or the boroughs
What we're hoping you have
- A valid Class A CDL
- 3 months of tractor-trailer experience in the last 12 months
- Comfort with a urine and hair follicle drug test
You don't need to dig up any paperwork to apply. Background questions come later in the hiring process, like at most jobs.
