Full Description
Dry Van Driver | Olive Branch Area | $1,300-$1,700/Week + $100 Weekly Bonus | Trainees Welcome
Good drivers get rewarded here. Show up five days a week, keep your record clean, and an extra $100 lands in your check on top of pay that already stacks by the mile, the stop and the unload. New CDL grads can apply.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING HOME
- Average $1,300 to $1,700 a week, roughly $67,600 to $88,400 a year (my math from the weekly range), paid weekly
- $0.50 per mile
- $200 for each full hand unload
- $25 for every stop
- $40 short-haul pay on loads under 100 miles
- $100 weekly bonus for being available 5 days a week with no service failures or accidents
WHAT THE WORK IS LIKE
Dedicated dry van runs with full hand unloads, so expect physical work. You'll do some night driving, and a few delivery spots have tight backing areas, so patience and good backing skills help.
YOUR WEEK
- Home weekly
- Day and night shifts available
- Weekend work is part of the schedule
- Holidays are normally off
WHAT YOU NEED TO START
- A valid Class A CDL
- At least 120 hours of CDL training
- No driving experience needed
- Urine and hair follicle drug screening
- An active profile in the federal drug and alcohol clearinghouse
- Background details come up later in the process, like any normal hiring step
PERKS ON TOP
Paid time off, a 401(k) with company match, plus vision and dental coverage.
