Local Class A CDL Driver | Grocery Delivery Routes

Looking for a local driving position with strong earning potential and daily home time? Join a dedicated grocery delivery fleet transporting fresh and frozen products to supermarkets and distribution centers throughout the Northeast.

This role offers consistent work, newer equipment, and additional earning opportunities through mileage, stop pay, and specialized delivery pay.
Pay

• Average annual earnings: $95,000
• Sign-on bonus: $10,000 for a limited time
• Mileage pay: $0.48-$0.56 per mile
• Daily rate: $50 per day
• Drop-and-hook pay: $21 per stop
• New York City stop pay: $42 per stop
• Liftgate stop pay: $45 per stop
• Detention pay: $15 per hour
• Layover pay: $100
• Holiday pay: $160 per day
• Paid training and safety training

• Home daily
• Early start times
• Consistent work schedules
• Drivers may work scheduled holidays, depending on account operations
• Routes cover Massachusetts, New York, New Jersey, Vermont, Rhode Island, New Hampshire, Maine, and Pennsylvania

• Deliver fresh and frozen groceries using refrigerated trailers
• Regular deliveries to New York City boroughs and Long Island
• Approximately 15-20 stops per week
• Usually one long load per day, with occasional additional work when hours allow
• Some return-product pickups and backhauls
• Electric pallet jacks provided for unloading
• Automatic day-cab trucks, generally less than 3 years old
• Trucks cannot be taken home; drivers must arrange transportation to and from the account
• Uniforms provided
• Drivers may help support other local accounts as needed

• Valid Class A CDL
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to assist with unloading using an electric pallet jack
• Reliable transportation to the reporting location
• Flexibility to deliver in New York City and work scheduled holiday shifts when required

• Minimum 3 months of verifiable Class A CDL experience
• No SAP Drivers
• Clean driving record
