Looking for a local driving position with daily home time and consistent freight? Join a dedicated retail delivery fleet transporting merchandise to Target stores throughout the Chicago metro area, Northern Illinois, and Wisconsin.

Pay

• Average annual earnings: $89,000
• Top 10% of drivers earn up to $105,000 annually
• Mileage pay: $0.65 per mile
• Stop pay: $25-$35 per stop
• Backhaul pay: $40 per stop
• Detention pay: $16 per hour
• Weekend bonus: $50 per day
• Holiday pay: $300 per day
• Safety bonus opportunities

• Home daily
• Local routes operating in Wisconsin and Illinois
• Paid online orientation
• Holiday work may be required, including Thanksgiving
• Drivers are scheduled to be off on Christmas Day

• Deliver retail merchandise to Target stores
• Approximately 95% drop-and-hook freight
• Approximately 5% live load or unload
• No-touch freight
• Assigned automatic-transmission trucks, primarily day cabs
• Freightliner and International equipment
• No slip seating
• Trucks remain at the account when drivers are off duty
• Additional account work may be assigned when retail freight is slow; cross-training may include flatbed work

• Valid Class A CDL
• Hazmat endorsement is optional; reimbursement is available if you choose to obtain it
• Ability to work safely and follow assigned routes

• Paid time off begins accruing on day one
• Holiday pay available from day one
