OTR CDL-A Truck Driver | Great Pay & Benefits

We are hiring Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A) drivers for its dedicated Sysco fleet based in Front Royal, Virginia. Deliver primarily refrigerated freight on consistent regional routes, with reliable support and regular home time.

Pay & Benefits

• Average $1,550 per week - approximately $80,600 per year
• Top weekly pay: $1,700 - approximately $88,400 per year
• Mileage-based pay
• Detention pay
• Safe and On-Time bonus of up to 3% of mileage pay

• Home weekly for drivers domiciled in Front Royal
• Other drivers home at least every other weekend for a 34-hour reset; many get home weekly
• Night driving required
• Routes across the Northeast and Midwest
• Delivery areas include Massachusetts, Connecticut, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Ohio, Indiana and Kentucky

• Dedicated Sysco account
• No-touch freight, primarily refrigerated
• Automatic sleeper-cab trucks with 53-foot refrigerated trailers
• On-site truck parking and dedicated maintenance support
• Hazmat endorsement required within 90 days of hire

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 9 months of verifiable Class A CDL experience
• No SAP Drivers
• Clean driving record
• DOT Medical card
• Able to work weekends
