Regional Flex CDL-A Driver | $40/Hour | $104,000 Average Annual Pay

We are hiring Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A) Flex Drivers based in York, Pennsylvania. Travel nationwide to support customer operations when extra coverage is needed, with company-paid travel expenses and competitive pay.

Pay & Benefits

• $40 per hour, straight-time pay
• Average $104,000 per year
• $25 per diem for each night away from home
• Paid travel time to and from supported operations
• Company-paid flights, hotels and rental vehicles

• Can be away from home for up to 5 weeks, followed by 1 week off
• Workdays and start times vary by assignment
• Support LKQ routes and other Ruan customer accounts nationwide

• Work with different types of equipment
• Freight may be no-touch, driver-assisted or require unloading
• Hazmat endorsement required or must be obtained within 60 days; Ruan can assist
• Forklift experience preferred; training provided
• Must have a REAL ID or valid United States passport

• At least 22 years old
• 9 months of tractor-trailer experience within the past 3 years
• No more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years, subject to restrictions
• No more than 1 DOT-recordable preventable accident in the past 3 years
• Must meet Clearinghouse and English-language requirements
