V&S Galvanizing, LLC has over 100 years of experience in Hot Dip Galvanizing and we are the leader in the steel coating industry. Today we operate over 9 galvanizing plants in the U.S. , featuring exceptional service to small fabricators as well as companies known worldwide.
We are currently searching for a Truck Driver at our Owego, NY facility. Hours: Monday-Friday, Home Every Night
Responsibilities:
Safely drive the flat bed truck from point A to point B. Obtain all necessary paperwork prior to departure. Perform required daily vehicle inspections. Properly secure material for transportation. Inspect material placed on truck.
Requirements:
Must hold a Class A CDL. Currently have a clean driving record. Previous steel hauling is a plus. Ability to lift 50lbs. Ability to strap loads.
Compensation:
Competitive Hourly Wage beginning at $26.00 (based on experience)
