Hillyard, Inc. is currently seeking a CDL-B Route Delivery Driver to join our Logistics team in Flagstaff, AZ.

Hillyard, Inc. is currently seeking a CDL-B Route Delivery Driver to join our Logistics team in Flagstaff, AZ.

What You'll Do
- Safely operate a CDL-B commercial delivery vehicle throughout your assigned route.
- Load, unload, and deliver products using pallet jacks, forklifts, and other material-handling equipment.
- Ensure deliveries are completed accurately, safely, and on schedule.
- Properly secure cargo and perform routine vehicle inspections.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers while maintaining a professional, customer-focused attitude.
- Communicate customer needs, delivery updates, and route information with internal teams.
- Assist in resolving delivery or inventory discrepancies when needed.
- Complete delivery paperwork and utilize company communication tools throughout the workday.
What We're Looking For
- Valid CDL-B license with 2 or more years of commercial driving experience.
- Safe driving record with a strong Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
- Dependable attendance and a history of reliability.
- Strong work ethic with a commitment to being on time and ready to work each day.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while managing daily routes.
- Attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Basic computer skills, including email communication.
- Willingness to travel overnight 2-4 nights per month.
