Truck Driver - CDL Class A - $10K Retention Bonus - Penske Logistics

Account: FCA Stellantis 575500 - Auto Parts, Jeep, Chrysler, Dodge
Floater (home daily different routes)
Touch Freight (manual pallet jack, other, heavy touch)
Shift & Schedule: As early as 6PM and as late as 2:30am Floater position, no set schedule, Either Mon-Fri, or Tues to Saturday. Overnite deliveries to dealerships in mid Atlantic and new england area -Schedule will vary depending on the start time of the route being covered ///
Pay: weekly min of $1663, driver can making more than weekly min as some routes are greater - W2 90K - 0.601cpm - 0.701cpm, (use 0.601 cpm in offer letter) $18.09/stop
Details: Miles, Stop, Transfers, Hours per week all vary depending on route - guaranteed work schedule, new (2023+) equipment, monthly team engagement activities, penske run dock--so drivers can have input on how trucks are loaded monthly team meetings. Large presence of on site management 24/5 support. Majority of deliveries will be unattended deliveries. Job requires a heavy emphasis on KPI'S (on time delivery, scanning)
