CDL-A Truck Driver - Hauling Steel Coils & Plates (Conestoga)
Location: Regional - Multi-State Routes
Training Location: Millwood, WV
Schedule: Out 5-5.5 Days (4-5 Layovers Weekly)
Freight Type: No Touch Freight
Equipment: Assigned Truck + 48'-53' Conestoga Trailer
Position Overview
We are seeking professional CDL-A drivers to haul steel coils and plates in a regional operation. This position offers strong weekly miles, competitive per-mile pay, and premium incentives - with no tarping required.
Drivers typically run 2,300-2,500 miles per week with 4-8 stops weekly.

- $0.66 CPM
- $30.50 per stop
- Layover Pay: $27.55
- Delay Pay: $21.00/hour after 2 hours
- Weekend Out Incentive: $200
- Canada Crossing Incentive (Volunteer Only): $250
- Top Earners: Up to $120,000 annually
- Dispatch days: Sunday or Monday
- Flexible dispatch times
- Out 5 to 5.5 days at a time
- 4-5 layovers per week
