Location: Latham Branch | Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6 AM- 3:00 PM | Compensation: $24.00-24.50/hour
Homans Associates is a subsidiary of the largest independent HVAC/R distribution company in the world, Watsco, Inc. We proudly distribute the Mitsubishi and Bryant brands of HVAC equipment, as well as a full-line of HVAC residential and commercial parts, supplies and accessories. We have locations throughout New England, New York and New Jersey. There is no relocation assistance for this position.
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused CDL B Driver to deliver HVAC related products to our customers while upholding the highest standards of safety, quality, and customer service. As a CDL B Driver, you will play a critical role in ensuring timely and efficient delivery of products, while maintaining compliance with DOT regulations and company standards.

Job Responsibilities of the CDL B Driver:
- Delivers insulation, equipment, and other HVAC related products
- Loads and unloads truck
- Upholds environmental, health and safety standards
- Works closely with internal and external customers (Store Associates/Sales Managers/Customers)
- Maintain appropriate data and safety standards to comply with DOT regulations
- Works in the warehouse as needed
- Other duties as assigned
Education/Experience of the CDL B Driver:
- High School diploma or GED is preferred
- Minimum 2-3 years of Commercial Driving experience
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proven commitment to customer service and a safe work environment
- Must be team-oriented
- Appropriate driver license requirements per DOT regulations. CDL class B license required.
