This is a regional / OTR role based out of Ashley, Indiana, with consistent routes, steady miles, and a schedule you can actually plan around. Most drivers are out 3-4 nights per week and home regularly.

What You'll Earn
- $1,050 - $1,150 average weekly take-home
- Top drivers earning $1,200+
- Mileage + stop pay + built-in hourly components
- Monthly safety & performance bonuses

- Less chaos than local multi-stop city routes
- Regional / OTR: 3-4 nights out per week (not a home-daily role)
- Predictable routes and scheduled stops
- Delivering hardware products to independent stores
- Run assigned routes and make scheduled deliveries
- Load / unload product at each stop
- Complete pre / post-trip inspections and logs
- Represent the company professionally to customers
What We're Looking For
- Valid Class A CDL
- Clean driving record
- Current DOT medical card
- Ability to pass drug / alcohol screening
- Comfortable being out 3-4 nights per week
- Able to handle physical work (loading/unloading)
- Reliable and consistent
