Pay & Bonuses
- $0.52 per mile starting, higher rates based on experience.
- $20 per backhaul, stop, or warehouse hour (higher rates based on experience).
- $11/hour for pre-trip, post-trip, and delay time.
- Regular pay reviews.
Monthly Safety & Performance Bonus
- Earn up to $800 per month.
- 3-4 nights out per week
- Consistent freight
- Brokerage runs when needed
- Safely operating a Class A vehicle.
- Loading and unloading freight securely.
- Following assigned routes and GPS directions.
- Completing pre- and post-trip inspections.
- Maintaining accurate logs and reporting issues.

What We're Looking For
- Valid Class A CDL.
- Clean driving record.
- Current DOT medical card.
- Ability to pass drug and alcohol screening.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
