Full Description
Home Time: Weekly home time
Pay: $1,450 to $1,625 per week
Freight: Regional no-touch freight
Location: Wilmington, DE
FCDL-A truck drivers run established reefer freight corridors with efficient routing designed to support steady miles, consistent freight flow, and weekly home time while earning $1,450 to $1,625 per week.
• Weekly home time with a predictable reset
• Full-time CDL-A truck driver position
• No-touch freight with steady miles
• Consistent weekly pay range
• Regional routes with planned freight flow
This CDL-A truck driver role is built for drivers who want steady income and a schedule that brings them home every week. Freight moves through established regional lanes, keeping CDL-A truck drivers active without long delays between loads.
Loads are planned in advance to maintain consistent miles throughout the week. Most freight is preloaded, allowing CDL-A truck drivers to stay focused on driving instead of waiting at shippers. Routes are built to support steady movement between stops, helping reduce downtime and keep weekly earnings consistent. The goal is to keep you moving, earning, and operating within a schedule that makes sense week to week.
Equipment is assigned to support reliability and comfort on the road. Trucks are maintained on a regular schedule to help CDL-A truck drivers avoid unnecessary downtime during the week.
Pay & Benefits:
Medical, dental, and vision coverage are available after eligibility. Drivers also have access to life insurance, a 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off, and rider/pet policies.
This position is a strong fit for a CDL-A truck driver who wants weekly home time, steady freight, and a predictable work routine without the ups and downs of irregular dispatch.
Support teams are available throughout the week to assist CDL-A truck drivers with routing, load updates, and general communication while on the road.
Driver Requirements:
Valid CDL-A license and at least 1 year of tractor-trailer experience required. Drivers must be able to operate 48 ft or longer trailers and maintain safe driving standards.
We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and consider all qualified applicants based on business needs and applicable laws.
