Full Description
Location: Macon, GA 31201
Home Time: Every 7-10 Days (34-48 Hour Reset)
Pay: $1,300-$1,500 per Week
Freight: No-Touch Dry Van
Structured regional route assignments
Average haul length of 500 miles
Take truck and trailer home
70% drop and hook freight
Drivers primarily operate east of I-35 hauling dry van freight through a network of recurring customer locations. Established route assignments and recurring freight patterns support steady miles while helping create a predictable weekly schedule.
Compensation
Earn $1,300 to $1,500 per week with competitive CPM pay and a monthly performance bonus.
All dispatched miles are paid, including loaded miles, empty miles, and bobtail miles when applicable. Solo drivers typically average 2,500-2,800 miles per week, with opportunities for additional miles depending on freight availability and individual driving preferences.
Home Time
Drivers receive a 34-48 hour reset every 7-10 days. This schedule provides regular opportunities for home time while maintaining access to steady freight and weekly mileage opportunities.
Truck and trailer take-home is permitted. Drivers are responsible for parking arrangements, and terminal parking may be available for those who live near a terminal location.
Freight
• 100% no-touch dry van freight
• Approximately 70% drop and hook loads
• Average haul length of 500 miles
Freight includes automotive and consumer products moving between recurring customer locations across established regional routes. The operating network is designed to support steady freight movement while maintaining familiar routing patterns for drivers.
Equipment
Drivers primarily operate Peterbilt 579 trucks that are three years old or newer, along with select Freightliner and International equipment maintained for over-the-road operation.
Trucks are equipped with refrigerators, inverters, automatic transmissions, and Qualcomm communication systems.
Orientation
Orientation is held on Mondays and Wednesdays and typically lasts three days. Lunch is provided during orientation, and drivers receive onboarding pay. Travel to orientation is provided.
