Pay: $1,450 to $1,550 per week
Freight: Reefer (temperature-controlled)
Home Time: Weekly home time
Location: Wilmington, DE 19801
CDL-A truck drivers run temperature-controlled reefer freight with dispatch coordination focused on steady freight movement, efficient routing, and weekly home time while earning $1,450 to $1,550 per week.
Trucks: Operate new Peterbilt 579 trucks equipped with advanced features for your comfort and safety. We invest in our fleet so you can focus on the road.
Freight: Run temperature-controlled reefer freight, keeping goods moving safely and on schedule. This role offers steady work with a mix of routes and delivery conditions.
Home Time: Predictable schedule with home time every week.
Weekly Earnings: Earn $1,450 to $1,550 per week with consistent reefer freight.
Dispatch planning is designed to support efficient reefer movement, steady trip flow, and consistent scheduling throughout the week. CDL-A truck drivers run established freight patterns that help reduce unnecessary downtime between loads.

Have at least 1 year of verifiable tractor-trailer experience within the last 3 years.
Possess a valid CDL A license.
